We guarantee trouble-free operation of YALCA equipment within Russia and CIS countries while meeting operational requirements set out in the technical and operational documentation for the equipment.

Warranty conditions

Equipment warranty is valid with an original Equipment Passport with a duly completed warranty card with legibly and clearly indicated name (type of equipment), serial product number, name of Seller (User), date of sale, seal and signature of Seller, signature of User, etc.

When violations occur, as well as when the data specified in the warranty card is changed, erased or rewritten, Passport is considered invalid.

Attention!

Equipment is not intended for installation and operation by people without special experience, knowledge and professional skills in climate equipment operation.

For body and its structural elements is up to 5 years

from the delivery

For all equipment, except the body, up to 2 years

from the date of commissioning, provided that the equipment is started up and then maintained by the Manufacturer authorized service center

For all equipment, except the body, up to 2 years

from the date of commissioning without further maintenance by specialists of the Manufacturer authorized service center, but not more than 3 years from the delivery

The warranty period can be extended upon Customer’s request. Such extension is additionally determined by the terms of equipment supply agreement.

Warranty for parts replaced ends with the end of all equipment warranty period.

Warranty does not apply to equipment parts and operational materials that have become unusable due to natural wear and tear (filters, seals, fuses, electric lamps, V-belts, oil, refrigerant, etc.).
