YALCA has completed the supply of equipment at the Sokolnicheskaya metro station Salarievo-Kommunarka in New Moscow, which includes four stations: «Filatov Lug», «Prokshino», «Olhovaya», «Kommunarka», «Novomoskovskaya»

The total supply volume amounted to about 200 SGK, SGK-SP units, as well as a large number of air backup and smoke extraction fans. All the equipment was manufactured in a special design according to the requirements of the Moscow Metro operation service.

For the first time, fan groups with EC engines were used in ventilation systems operated by the Moscow Metro. Thanks to the use of innovative technologies, the customer received installations with the possibility of remote electronic control of performance and with a low noise level, and also reduced their operating costs. To simplify routine preventive maintenance, impellers made of a special composite material of ZAmid technology were installed. These fans are stainless steel and have a low mass.

The guaranteed operating time for failure of electric motors is 65,000 hours of continuous round-the-clock year-round operation. Together with the use of high-quality bearing assemblies in the fan groups, the fan group is characterized by unprecedented reliability when operating in any boundary climatic conditions. Also, the inner surface of the supply systems is coated with a special powder paint, which makes it possible to treat the tract of ventilation systems with special antimicrobial agents. This ensures that clean air enters rooms with people without microorganisms formed without proper maintenance in conventional ventilation installations. The fan sections were equipped with a lighting system and viewing windows for inspection control of the operation of the systems without stopping it.
